Integral Development Coaching
Integral Development Coaching is a 3-day workshop that serves as the pre-requisite for the Professional Coaching Course. It is also a great way for people who are interested in coaching to explore this approach and for those who want to acquire some coaching skills. Students learn the basics of the methodology and philosophy of integral development coaching. There are multiple practice sessions and structured, client-centred coaching conversations during this dynamic and practical workshop.
