Leadership Development and Change Leadership
So what makes us different here, in the busy world of leadership development and change management, you may be wondering? There are so many excellent consultants, programmes and interventions already available that it’s hard to know how to distinguish one from the other.
On paper at least, our change and leadership development offers probably seem pretty familiar – we design and deliver a range of workshops and courses from single events to multi-phase; we use a variety of self and corporate assessment tools; we work closely with our clients to design activities tailored to their needs… and it’s all absolutely true.
The “so what” of Convivium is less tangible because yes, it is our passion, our energy, and our experience, but it is also our fantastic creative capacity to build great programmes that are current and robust yet able to adapt to emerging issues. This means we frequently see patterns and issues unfolding as we work with client groups and we can, in that very moment, bring them into the learning container and work with them.
Learning is never formulaic but instead focuses on supporting people to learn their way through to new solutions that are pragmatic and contribute to success. Everything we do is intentional and provides an opportunity for participants to take what they learn back to work and use immediately. We know the power of action learning and we incorporate peer coaching circles and business sponsored projects to anchor learning even more deeply. In that way organisations directly benefit from the learning and development that occurs in the sessions.
We’ve worked all over the globe and draw upon a diverse, international team whose wisdom and deep experience is quite incredible. As professional coaches, we bring our skills of observation, distinction and competency development to all of our interventions. It’s a wonderful learning laboratory for leaders to step into and we guarantee a useful and powerful experience – for them as individuals and for the organisations they serve. And, there is lots of fun and laughter mixed into all of the above.
